Step inside the doors of Ocean views Villa and be welcomed by the heart of the home - a spacious kitchen, living room and dining area, complete with stunning views of the private pool and garden.

The ground floor boasts an entrance hall with a beautiful wooden staircase which gives access to the first floor, a bathroom and a wardrobe.

The living room is bright, large and airy with two comfortable sofas and one relaxing chair, a smart TV with french satellite and free wifi and air conditioning. Direct access to the pool.

The dining room with a beautiful table for 6 people and direct access to the kitchen and leaving room overlooking the pool and the garden will turn your family meals enjoyable and relaxing.

A fully equipped kitchen with an American fridge will provide you with cold water and ice on command for the hot summer days.

The kitchen has direct access to the BBQ area.

Laundry room equipt with washing and drying machine, iron with iron board.

The BBQ area is equipt with a charcoal bbq and a big gas stove with an electric cooking plate, with direct access to the terrace with a concrete table and 6 chairs a shade sail for the sunniest summer days are the perfect setting for a family afternoon late lunch.

The pool area is where the family fun begins.

A pool with 10m X 4m pool with overflow, 4 sunloungers for sun beatings and a comfortable sofa for 6 will.

The first floor gives access to the bedrooms.

The master bedroom also called Suite Sierra is double aspect and has an ensuite with a big bathtub for a romantic relaxing bath and direct access to the private balcony with an ocean and garden view. Direct access to the spacious walking closet.

The second bedroom also called Suite Quarteira is double-aspect and has an ensuite with a bathtub, and access to the private small balcony with an ocean and garden view.

Neighbourhood description

Located just 6 km from the centre of Vilamoura, Ocean View Villa is so close to the lively and vibrant life, yet in such a peaceful neighbourhood, surrounded by nature.

The focal point of Vilamoura, an attractive purpose-built resort, is its large, popular Marina lined with shops, bars and restaurants, which stay open late into the night. Although the resort looks very modern, a Roman city once existed here, the remains of which can be seen at the Cerro da Vila archaeological site.

There are 2 main beaches, Praia da Marina, located near the Casino, and Praia da Falasia, a long stretch of sand on the other side of the Marina.

The magnificent Marina is the focal point of the resort, with its dazzling array of international yachts, chic boutiques and trendy cafes.
