Surrounded by orange and avocado orchards, Casa da Alvorada is located in one of the quietest rural areas in the municipality of Tavira. With a private pool and a garden that allows for various outdoor activities, this property is ideal for resting or working remotely away from the noise of the city, being just a 12-minute drive from Tavira and the best beaches in the region.

The house has 4 bedrooms, two on the ground floor and the other two on the top floor, each with its own complete private bathroom. The two bedrooms on the top floor also have a private balcony each.

The kitchen has all the essential equipment to allow a stay free from any limitations when preparing meals. Next to the pool, there is also a barbecue with its dedicated dining area, allowing you to enjoy this outdoor space with your family or friends.

On the top floor of the house there is a terrace with large sofas and sun loungers to take advantage of the view.

The property has a closed gym and an outdoor area that allows you to practice various sports. In the garden of the house there is also a large lake with a lounge area and rocking beds in olive trees to enjoy the local tranquility.

Given that the house is not located in any urban center, it allows you to enjoy the calm and tranquility of the countryside, whilst still allowing quick access to the pharmacy, cafes and mini-market located within walking distance, in the village of Santo Estevão.
