Welcome to Domaine de Gazel! Located in the heart of the Minervois wine-growing region, this newly renovated gîte is both authentic and modern, set in a setting of vines and greenery.

This 15-hectare wine-growing estate offers a real holiday setting in which to relax or get up close to the flora and fauna. All around the estate, you'll find hiking trails, including the famous "sentier des capitelles", where you'll be amazed by the magnificent scenery. If you're a keen cyclist, you'll also find a number of pleasant back roads.

On site, the owner-winemakers will be delighted to show you around their world, with tastings and tours for the more curious and epicureans!

The heart of the village of Laure-Minervois, with its shops and services, is just 3km away: restaurant, tobacconist-press-grocery-café, bank, post office, chemist and doctor. And for those with a passion for heritage: the Church of St-Jean-Baptiste and the steep streets of the village. The location of the gîte is ideal for discovering the region, and within a maximum 20-minute drive there are many places to visit: the medieval town of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, the Abbey of Caunes-Minervois, the natural landscapes of the Montagne Noire, the Cathar castles of Lastours and the Gouffre Géant de Cabrespine.

The gîte has a beautiful, large, private terrace that is not overlooked and offers a panorama that is unique in the region. With its garden furniture and barbecue, it's a great place to spend time with family and friends. In the morning, you can enjoy breakfast overlooking the vineyards and surrounding countryside, or even watch the sun set in the evening. Private parking on the estate.

This single-storey gîte opens onto a large living room with a sitting area equipped with a wood-burning stove, a sofa, an overhead projector for watching films as if you were at the cinema and a dining table. The living room gives direct access to the 55m2 terrace. The fully-equipped separate kitchen also opens onto the living room. Separate WC. A separate shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. A first bedroom with a 160cm bed. A second bedroom with two 90cm beds. A third bedroom with a 160cm bed and an en-suite shower room with shower and washbasin.
