Der Dänholm  ist eine Insel im Strelasund zwischen Stralsund und Rügen und gehört zur Hansestadt Stralsund. Der alte Baumbestand und die ruhige Lage der Insel mit Blick auf Stralsund, Rügen und den Strelasund haben besonderen Charme. Das Hausboot ist über einen Schwimmsteg zu erreichen.
 
Der Rügenbahnhof sowie eine Bushaltestelle befinden sich ganz in der Nähe.



Das Hausboot ist als festliegendes Wohnschiff mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgebaut und liegt im geschützten Südhafen der Insel Dänholm. Das Schiff ist als schwimmende Ferienwohnung komfortabel eingerichtet und bietet u.a. mit 3 Sonnenterrassen beste Möglichkeiten zur Erholung. Die Insel Dänholm erreichen Sie mit der Buslinie 1 oder 30 (Haltestelle "Dänholm Schranke"- ca. 600m bis zum Hausboot).
