After extensive renovation work, we are looking forward to welcoming guests to Almnest-Lachtal from January 2024. Using sustainable, ecological building and insulation materials (spruce-larch wood and wood pulp), the entire house was lovingly renovated by hand in a resource-saving manner. For example, the dismantled roof truss of the house was converted into a dining table and bench.

The small garden house on the edge of the forest was converted into its own hidden outdoor sauna.

Arrive and enjoy rustic cosiness with modern comfort. Our alpine house is located at 1,500 meters above sea level in a very quiet location, nestled on the edge of the Lachtal ski area. Enjoy the joy of having an Alpine house just for you in peace and quiet with your favorite people.

The chalet is surrounded by trees in the middle of nature and is the ideal retreat to relax, dream and feel good. Enjoy an unforgettable holiday undisturbed, far away from the stress of everyday life.

Drink a glass of wine in the winter lounge or enjoy good music via the BOSE music system in the living room. In the living room you can warm yourself with the marble wall heaters. The floor heating in the vestibule, the anteroom and the bathroom will keep you warm.

Charging electric vehicles will be possible from May 2024 optional and is charged based on consumption.

The alpine house has 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. The bedrooms are equipped with solid wood beds made from local pine wood. The fragrant essential oils of the wood have a calming effect and promise a deep, restful sleep. On the ground floor there is a rustic anteroom with enough space for clothes and shoes. A bathroom with shower and toilet. The lovingly designed eat-in kitchen with wood stove invites you to self-catering. While you're eating comfortably, take a look at the dining table.
The removed roof truss wood was saved and made into a table. We don't like to throw things away and look for new uses for old materials. The cozy living room with a tiled stove offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The balcony with the covered winter lounge is a cozy place to enjoy the winter paradise with a cup of tea. The house has a living space of 68m² and is equipped with underfloor heating, infrared heating from Sölker Marmor, tiled stove, wood stove, free WiFi, 50-inch flat-screen TV, 20 m² balcony with winter lounge, 2 parking spaces and its own outdoor forest sauna. You can reach the Lachtal ski paradise in just 3 minutes by car.
