Less than half an hour from the gîte, there are many places to visit: Narbonne la Romaine, the heritage of Béziers, the typical villages of Gruissan and Bages, the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park, the Sigean African reserve and the Gouffre de l'Oeil Doux. You can enjoy the magnificent scenery of the surrounding area on foot or by bike. The village has a range of shops, including a supermarket, restaurants, bakery and chemist.

The gîte has a large, fully fenced, private garden of 1000m2, offering a sunny, yet beautifully wooded area with a private swimming pool to cool off in the summer months. The large 100m2 terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue for entertaining friends and family, as well as an outdoor lounge. A large barn with a floor area of 210m2 provides plenty of space to store your cars, motorbikes or bicycles during your holidays. Thanks to its large surface area, this charming residence is ideal for a group holiday.

The 3-storey maison de maître comprises a large entrance hall on the ground floor, a 1st lounge opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen, all leading through large windows to the garden and pool area, a dining room adjoining the kitchen and a 2nd lounge with views over the wooded garden. The 1st floor has three suites, the first with a 180cm bed and en suite bathroom (shower, bath, washbasin, WC), the second with a 160cm bed and en suite shower room (shower, washbasin, separate WC), the third with a 160cm bed and en suite bathroom (shower, bath, double washbasin and WC). On the 2nd floor, a spacious suite with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin), two bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed, and a final bedroom with 3 single beds.
