Die 2021 renovierte 3-Raumwohnung liegt im Parterre in der ehemaligen Tenne eines der ältesten Häuser Oberstdorfs. Sie wurde hochwertig eingerichtet mit edlen und alten Materialien, fernab von Alpenkitsch und Jodlerromantik.

"Geschichte atmen"... der Name drückt alles aus. Das Haus hat den Großbrand von Oberstdorf 1865 überlebt und ist daher ein denkmalgeschütztes Bauernhaus.
Zur Entspannung dient die eigene Sauna, die sich an das Badezimmer mit großer begehbarer Dusche anschließt.
Das Schmuckstück ist die alte Stube, in die man aber alle heutigen Annehmlichkeiten wie Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine usw. integriert hat. Natürlich ist hier genügend Platz für alle am Esstisch, im alten Ofen ist Induktion und Backofen vorhanden.
Neben dem Kachelofen sorgt ein Canape für einen gemütlichen Ruhepol. Die beiden großen Doppelschlafzimmer sind aus dem gesunden Zirbenholz, das für guten Schlaf steht.
Ein großer Flachbild-TV ist gegenüber der bequemen Couch für den gemütlichen Fernsehabend. Auf der Südterrasse oder im Garten genießen Sie die Sonne und den schönen Ausblick.
Ausreichend Abstellfläche für Ski, Fahrräder usw. im Eingangsbereich des Hauses vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt am Haus.
