Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss einer Doppelhaushälfte und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang. Sie ist ca. 60 qm groß und verfügt über zwei separate Räume und ist für die Unterbringung von 2 - 4 Personen geeignet.
 
Ein Reisekinderbett und einen Kinderhochstuhl brauchen Sie nicht mitzubringen. Diese Sachen sind vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden und inklusive.



  • Sie mieten eine Nichtraucherwohnung!

  • Natürlich haben Sie auch einen kostenfreien PKW-Stellplatz, direkt vor dem Haus.

  • Ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Tankstelle und Bushaltestelle sind in nur zwei Minuten erreichbar.


Im Wohnraum finden Sie Schlafcouch (Aufbettung für die 3. und 4. Person, Maße 1,45 x 2,10 Meter), Flachbildschirm, Radio. Die abgeschlossene Küche verfügt über eine Spülmaschine, ein Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle,Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und ist mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer finden Sie ein Doppelbett sowie einen großen Kleiderschrank. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche, Wanne und WC ausgestattet. Auch ein Fön ist vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse stehen Tisch und Stühle. Ein Grill ist auch vorhanden.

Inmitten der Inselparadiese Rügen, Hiddensee, Usedom und Fischland-Darß-Zingst gelegen, eingebettet in die malerische Landschaft der vorpommerschen Boddenküste liegt die Hansestadt Stralsund.

Unsere ruhig und zentral gelegene Erdgeschoss-Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, ein separates Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und einer Küche. Eine Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein.Ein PKW-Stellplatz steht auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung.



Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Nahverkehrsverbindungen liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
