In a beautiful location on the shore of Lake Kiantajärvi in Sotkamo (50 m), a separate log panel cabin and separate sauna (built 2023).
The area of the main house is 62 m², with a spacious kitchen/living room with large windows overlooking the lake and the forest landscape. Dining set for 6 in the kitchen. Two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobes. In the second bedroom, separate beds for 2. The living room has a sofa bed for 1-2 guests. The sauna is located in a separate building, surface area 30 m², where in the same connection there is also a sauna room with a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink), a sofa bed for 1-2 guests in the sauna room. Sauna with Harvia tower electric stove, shower. Sauna building available all year round - running hot and cold water and heating with electric radiators.
A steep slope to the beach with stairs and a railing (no winter maintenance).
The beach is shallow and rocky, not suitable for wimming. The cabin is available from 4 p.m. until 12 p.m. on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings.
Pets allowed for an additional fee, 40 e/pet.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
Linens (sheets and towels) can be rented in advance for an additional fee.
Charging the electric car must be agreed in advance with the cottage owner.
