This lovely property is a large ancient house restored with original materials and tastefully furnished having nice antiques pieces. The setting is superb, surrounded by green, and there are glorious vistas of the sunflower fields and the hills around the villa. The surrounding Umbria countryside is idyllic, very peaceful and cool clean air. At only 3 kilometers there is Gubbio, whith its medieval charm through its labyrinth of alleys and narrow streets. As such, this area is ideal as base for exploring especially Umbria, Tuscany, Le Marche and Perugia, Fabriano, Umbertide, Assisi, Trasimeno Lake, Urbino and Cortona are around less than 60 minutes easy driving distance. This property is ideal for a large party of friends, since all bedrooms are en-suite, or two families holidaying together. Either way, the sheer quality of this house will delight all guests who holiday here. Experiences like in-home cooking lessons with tasting menu, bike rental and wine tasting are available on request. Swimming pool is open from 15 of May till 30 of September. Extra costs are payable at location: visitor’s tax 1 euro per day per person – heating cost (on request) 20 euro per day.
