Located in the heart of rural Istria, amidst rich oak forests, lush fields and emerald green meadows with many pretty villages peacefully waiting to be discovered, this minimalist villa with every corner represents the bold modern retreat, ideal for a relaxing vacation. With all the facilities on one level, this villa is tastefully and comfortably designed to a high standard and fully air-conditioned, while soft tones and natural textures create a soothing, warm atmosphere that makes it a true home away from home. An elegant, bright and airy living / dining / kitchen area with an open plan layout is overlooked by an intimate gallery with a comfortable sofa where you can share the day's impressions or simply enjoy a movie night. Three cozy bedrooms have modern en-suite bathrooms. The large, galleried windows provide the house with an abundance of natural light and open each of its corners onto the spacious lawned garden, adorned with olive trees that add to the true Mediterranean atmosphere. The lovely infinity pool with its inviting separate hydromassage is surrounded by a pleasant paved terrace and cozy sun loungers, carefully placed to enjoy both sun and shade and there is a beautiful veranda with dining area and barbecue, perfectly positioned for long, relaxing evenings and delicious al fresco meals while enjoying the pleasant forest breeze.Villa Luna Bianca is located in the small Istrian village of Sveti Petar u ?umi in central Istria. Here it is quiet and relaxing. However, the lively tourist centers of Pore? and Rovinj, the beaches, the crystal clear Adriatic Sea and the sights are only a short drive away. Central Istria is known for a landscape of small, picturesque, medieval towns that are irresistibly reminiscent of Tuscany or Provence. Central Istria also offers cultural heritage. Istria and its cycle paths are ideal for cycling. The road connections are excellent. The highway takes you to Pula and Trieste airports. (Ryanair, flyglobespan, thomson, Norwegian Air Shuttle, TUIfly, German Wings, Sterling, Wizzair and many Russian charter flights).
