Villa Rosa Labin is a beautiful, stylish villa located in the small village of Presika, not far from Labin, on a hill. It is just the right place for a nice family vacation for up to 8 + 2 guests.
The 5 comfortable bedrooms are spread over 3 levels of the villa.
In the basement there is 1 double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living / dining area, a bathroom, a wine cellar and a leisure area where you can relax playing table tennis or table soccer.
The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one single), a large stylish living room with open fireplace and direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool, as well as a dining area and another fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The internal staircase leads you to the 1st floor where the fifth bedroom (double) is located, including an additional sofa, and an ensuite bathroom. This room has a balcony from where you can enjoy a view of the pool and the surrounding area. The inviting pool with beautiful views of the surrounding area is perfect for sunbathing or swimming. The outdoor dining area on the covered terrace outside the living room, allows you to enjoy a beautiful view during your family meals, which are prepared on a gas barbecue. There is an additional fully equipped outdoor bathroom, as an extension of the covered terrace.
The beautifully manicured garden surrounding Villa Rosa Labin offers additional areas to relax and unwind in beautiful greenery. The villa is equipped with WiFi and 3 private parking spaces, providing additional amenities for a truly enjoyable vacation :)Villa Rosa Labin is located in a small hamlet in the eastern part of Istria called Presika. The Istrian peninsula "terra magica" is located on the warm Adriatic Sea and you will be delighted to know that the nearest beach is only 5 km away from the villa. The nearest airport as well as some of the larger tourist centers such as Labin and Rabac are also only a short drive away. Labin is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for history and art lovers with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep, winding streets of the old town are home to well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and ateliers. Various jazz and classical music festivals take place in the summer months. The town offers several excellent fish restaurants, with many local products on offer, as well as many cozy cafés, ideal for enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. Labin's seaside resort is Rabac, once a fishing village and today a popular tourist destination, surrounded by heavenly pebble beaches, only about 5 km from this accommodation.
