On the first floor there is another room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. If you like to cook and try new specialties, this villa offers a unique spacious tavern with a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for long evenings with the family, meals fresh from the fireplace but also quiet coffee breaks overlooking the inviting pool. On the second floor there are 3 spacious, stylishly furnished bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, central heating, TV and en-suite bathrooms with underfloor heating. 2 rooms have access to 13 m2 terraces with seating and beautiful views of the garden and the green, mountainous surroundings.
If you are active and like sports, there are two private play areas in the excellent garden: a lighted tennis court if you want to play tennis at night, and a small golf practice area.
