This beautifully decorated modern villa is an ideal choice if you are planning a peaceful family vacation and the fact that this modern interpretation of a traditional Istrian house is named after the famous Istrian cake adds to the warm atmosphere. Visit Villa Povetica and immerse yourself in modern design surrounded by Istrian nature. In front of the villa you have the opportunity to relax by the beautiful pool. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the elegant garden furniture in the shade of the covered terrace, where there is also a spacious dining table. The interior is characterized by clean lines and harmonious colour combinations. On the first floor, you can enjoy the interior of the living room, from which you enter the dining room and kitchen. Soft tones extend throughout the room, beautifully uniting the interior into a single unit. We can describe the space as flooded with light, as the whole room has large windows that perfectly connect the interior and exterior space. On the first floor there is also a bedroom with its own bathroom, as well as a toilet. A spacious staircase leads you to the second floor, where there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms and bathrooms will delight you with their modern design combining natural materials, simplicity and elegance. Next to the villa is a garden pavilion, where you will find a bedroom with its own bathroom and a toilet. The covered terrace in front of the garden pavilion, where you can enjoy the barbecue and an outdoor kitchen with a dining table, is just as modern. If you are planning a vacation with your children, you will especially enjoy the children's playground on the property, and for all adventurous cyclists, "bike rental on request" is available.This villa is located in Laksici, near the small town of Vizinada, in a complex of four houses at the end of the village, on the way to the breathtaking olive groves and vineyards. The Istrian nature is the ideal choice for a peaceful vacation. However, if you want to explore the Istrian culture, you will find many sights and cultural events in the town of Vizinada. For all cycling enthusiasts, the area around Vizinada is full of hiking trails where you can explore the beautiful landscape. The villa is located near the Parenzana cycle path on the old Trieste-Buje-Motovun-Vizinada-Porec railroad line. An indispensable part of Istrian culture are certainly the towns of Porec and Novigrad, about 20 minutes away from the town of Vizinada. Porec, a town that has found its place on the UNESCO World Heritage List, offers a wide range of sights and festivals, while the town of Novigrad delights with its Romanesque churches. An indispensable part of Istrian culture is also tasting local specialties such as olive oil, Istrian prosciutto (pr?ut) or truffles, as well as visiting nearby hilltop towns - Motovun and Groznjan. Only 20 km from the villa there are two new Istrian water parks - Acquacolors near Porec and Istralandia near Novigrad.
