On the second floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and terrace. From here you can enjoy the view of the garden as well as descend directly into the garden via the outside staircase. The top floor has another bedroom with 3 single beds and its own bathroom. The covered terrace with wooden and stone elements offers not only an outdoor dining area but also a summer kitchen and barbecue - be inspired to prepare delicious meals in the fresh air. The town is located in the Lim Valley and Rasa Valley, 355 meters above sea level. This unique part of Istria offers many attractions - beautiful landscapes and cultural heritage. ?minj and its surroundings are known for hiking and cycling, as well as for agritourism, which has been developed in many surrounding villages. The town traditionally celebrates one of the most popular folk festivals in Istria - Bartulja (end of August). This is dedicated to the patron saint of ?minj, St. Bartholomew (in the church of St. Bartholomew).
