Villa Cypress Hill is an impressive vacation home located in the beautiful Istrian countryside. It is a 4-bedroom villa, making it perfect for 8 guests. Set on a 2800 m2 plot, this villa offers a beautifully manicured garden with a 78 m2 heated pool, a private tennis court and an outdoor jacuzzi. There is even a spa with sauna under the pool deck! It is a perfect villa for groups of friends or families with children as it offers entertainment and relaxation for all. The stylish interior of this villa is split over two floors. On the first floor you will find the large, fully equipped kitchen, which is a dream come true for anyone who loves to cook. It is located in the large open plan area together with the dining and living room, all of which enjoy beautiful views of the terrace, pool and green surroundings. There is also a separate smaller living room with breakfast area. You are sure to enjoy your stay in this beautifully furnished villa. A well-equipped gym with a large TV and one of the four en-suite bedrooms are also located on the first floor, while the remaining three bedrooms are spread over the upper floor. All bedrooms have a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a television. The whole house is air-conditioned and there is underfloor heating throughout the house on colder days.
The incredibly inviting outdoor area has a beautiful pool surrounded by cozy sun loungers, covered dining areas and a perfectly equipped outdoor kitchen, which has a pizza oven, a gas barbecue, a charcoal barbecue (Big Green Egg) and an ice maker.
There is an outdoor living area with a sofa, a fire pit and a hot tub, perfect for cozy evenings. A vacation like this is a dream come true!
The unique medieval town of Motovun is known as a town monument that exudes true Istrian charm and rich history, offering views of the hilly landscape with vineyards, hamlets and country houses in the magical Mirna Valley that will surely mesmerize you. The region of Istria is also famous for its wineries where you can taste the famous Istrian wine - Malvasia, extra virgin olive oil, homemade cheese and prosciutto. An activity you should definitely try during your stay in Istria is truffle hunting, which you can enjoy in the restaurants of the numerous towns in this area. You can also take advantage of numerous cycling and hiking trails. You can also go horse riding, play a round of golf or simply enjoy the thermal waters of the nearby spas. Larger towns nearby are Umag, Novigrad and Pore? which offer numerous leisure activities, good nightlife, sightseeing, cultural attractions, bars and restaurants.
