Just 2-3 minutes by car, there are many useful amenities, from a grocery store (only 500 m from the house) to typical restaurants, coffee bars, agritourism households and wine roads, and the nearest pebble beaches, sports and recreational facilities are located in the tourist resort Lanterna, 9 km away.

This beautiful villa is ideal for 8 people, with an area of ​​200m² on two fully air-conditioned floors, and consists of a ground floor with a kitchen and dining table, a spacious living room and access to a covered terrace and pool. In the groundfloor there is also one double bedroom with shower/toilet and one more showoer/toilet. On the first floor of the house there are three spacious bedrooms with double beds, each with its own shower/toilet, and one with a balcony offering a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.
