The modern villa awaits you with an impressive exterior, the centerpiece of which is the 32m2 refreshing pool surrounded by a well-tended garden. As well as on the sun loungers by the pool, you can also enjoy the Istrian sun on the large terrace on the second floor of the house. A fantastic place to end the day in the evening under the starry sky with pleasant conversation!
The covered terrace by the pool with a dining table for up to 10 people is the perfect place to gather family and friends over breakfast and plan excursions in the surrounding area. From here you enter the fully air-conditioned living area, a tastefully furnished living room, the dining area and the modern, fully equipped kitchen. One of the 4 bedrooms is located on the first floor. It has a large, comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Three further bedrooms on the upper floor - all with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom - promise restful nights.

If you are an olive oil lover, we recommend you to visit Vodnjan, where there are many tasting rooms. We are sure that you will be amazed by the high quality olive oil and maybe even buy a few bottles of oil. Take a walk through the picturesque streets of the town and visit the Church of St. Blaise, where the mummies of Vodnjan are exhibited. In addition to the mummies, you can also see the collection of church relics in the church, which is one of the largest in Europe.
For those who want to spend the day at the beach, Fazana is the place to be. The town is only 13 km away from the villa and is a good choice for a day trip. The beaches in Fazana are mostly pebble and surrounded by trees, under which you can relax after a swim. A delicious dinner in one of the town's restaurants is the perfect end to the day. We definitely recommend trying some of the typical Istrian specialties such as fritaja or fuzi with truffles.
You have probably already heard of the Brijuni National Park. So if you want to visit it, you can reach it by ferry from Fazana. The national park is known for its extensive safari park and the beautiful Verige Bay, which you will discover as soon as you get there!
