This comfortable holiday home with swimming pool is submerged into the greenery of the spacious plot and is a perfect place for romantic holiday for you and your family. Here you are surrounded by nature but still in direct proximity of all attractions and amenities. The holiday home consists of three accommodation units with separate entrances and as such it is ideal for three families or a group of friends who wish to spend their holiday together but still maintain their privacy. Two units are located on the ground floor and as such they are perfect for families with children. The unit no. 1 is suitable for 2 persons, the unit no. 2 is for 4 persons, while unit no. 3 is suitable for 6 persons and is positioned on the upper floor. Each unit has its own washing machine and a dishwasher. In front of the house, there is a spacious lawn suitable for child play, where you can find badminton, see-saw, swing and trampoline. Next to it, there is a gazebo with big wooden table for 12 persons and barbeque, where you can surely spend pleasant moments. In ca. 10 minutes of drive you can reach the tourist place of Rabac with exceptionally clean sea and lovely beaches. The centre of the old town of Labin, well-known as the town of artists, during the summer offers numerous small galleries, events, mining museum and musical evenings. If you feel like strolling you can also visit the modern art museum in the open air, which can be found ca. 20 minutes of walk away. The geographical location of Labin enables day trips around the whole Istrian peninsula and visiting the town such as Pula, Rovinj and Porec as well as tasting local wines and home-made delicacies at the agro-facilities. All of these destinations can be also reached by bicycle.

    “Leider war meine Familie und ich von diesem Objekt wenig bis garnicht beeindruckt. Motten in den Küchenschränken, die dadurch nicht benutzbar waren, noch dazu war es sehr ekelhaft. Schimmel in einem der Schlafräume. Unhöfliche Begrüßung durch den Vermieter, der uns (12 Erwachsene Personen) versuchte zu belehren, wie um 11 Uhr Licht aus, kein Springen in den Pool, jedes Vergehen werde mit 10 Euro bestraft, meinte der Hausbesitzer. Wir liesen uns die allerdings nicht bieten und machten Ihn darauf aufmerksam das wir Urlaub machen wollen. Anscheinend möchte der Vermieter nur Mieter die nicht schwimmen gehen, um seinen Pool nicht zu verdrecken, oder Taube und Gelähmte, die keinen Lärm machen und nicht verstellen oder angreifen. Die Worte des Vermieters waren: Es sieht alles, er beobachtet uns! Er macht die Regel! Wir liesen und das vom Vermieter nicht gefallen und setzten uns mit Novasol in Kontakt, die uns daraufhin besuchte und wir Ihr die Mängel im Haus(Schimmel, Motten) zeigten.
