"Egger (ZAZ379)", 4-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, dining table, satellite TV and tiled stove. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower and satellite TV. Walk-through room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. 1 small room with 1 french bed and shower. Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Balcony, terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Electric vehicle charging station. Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

For shared use: garden (not fenced) lawn, swimming pool (above ground) (4 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. 1 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Electric vehicle charging station. Supermarket 1.5 km, railway station "Aschau" 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Riding stable 1.5 km, ski lift 3.5 km, ski school 3.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena 3.5 km, Hochzillertal 3.5 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
