    “Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr gepflegt, die grundlegende Renovierung (z.B. Dach, Badezimmer, Anstrich) dürfte nur wenige Monate zurückliegen. Die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung und gepflegt, einige Besucher werden jedoch wahrscheinlich ein moderneres Ambiente (z.B. Bilder, Möbel, Farben) bevorzugen. Aber der vorhandene Stil ist durchgängig, nichts ist "zusammengewürfelt" oder funktional eingeschränkt. Also eine Frage des persönlichen Geschmacks. Das Haus verfügt auf der Rückseite über einen großen Garten, in dem Kinder einen geschützten Bereich finden oder die Ruhe zum Lesen oder für ein Nickerchen gefunden wird. Das erforderliche KFZ wird auf dem Grundstück direkt neben dem Haus abgestellt. Loctudy ist in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem KFZ erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte ältere Dame, die in der Nähe wohnt, aber nur auf Wunsch präsent ist.”
