When building the villa, special care was taken to use the materials of the original house, thus honoring the history of the village and preserving its traditional flair.
The exterior of Villa Casa Baratto will enchant you with its 75m2 private pool, which forms the heart of the villa. Whether you want to relax or refresh yourself - this pool is ideal for it! Comfortable sun loungers invite you to sunbathe and the large terrace is the family meeting point for barbecues on balmy summer evenings. While you enjoy the benefits of the well-equipped summer kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven, the little ones have plenty of space to run around in the villa's garden.
The main building of Villa Casa Baratto welcomes you with an open, cozy living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. One of the little highlights is the beautiful wine cellar next to the kitchen. There is also a laundry room and two separate guest toilets on the same level.
The two comfortable double bedrooms on the first floor each have their own bathroom - your own little wellness oasis. One of these bedrooms has a sofa bed.
The upper floor of Villa Casa Baratto consists of 4 beautiful bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a large double bed and a sofa bed, the other two have two single beds each - one also has a sofa bed, the other a crib.
The outbuilding is just a few steps away and can offer privacy for a small family or grandparents. A separate small apartment with a living room with a living/dining area and a kitchen as well as a bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed and private bathroom is ideal for enjoying peace and quiet.
Another separate object in the grounds of the villa could be called the "leisure room". The small house has a lot to offer: Fitness room with a large selection of high-quality equipment, spa area with sauna and massage room, games room with pool table, table soccer, darts, table tennis...
