Welcome to the fantastic Villa Santa Cruz that will make your soul smile! Not far from the famous east coast of Istria, in a small village called Orsanici, you will find your 'Happy Place'!
When you arrive at the villa, please take a moment and let the dreamlike surroundings
and take in the wonderful surroundings. The phenomenal view of the typical Istrian green hilly landscape will enchant you.
In the middle of this landscape, perched on a hill, sits the beautiful Villa Santa Cruz with its fabulous 60m2 pool on a huge plot of land. Enjoy your vacation right here - in the refreshing pool with a view of nature - and let your mind wander! Sip a cool drink while soaking up the warm rays of the Croatian sun on one of the sun loungers.
You can prepare fresh local specialties on the charcoal grill in the covered dining area and then enjoy them with the whole family and friends at the dining table for up to 10 people - the ideal place for many wonderful summer evenings together.
But please step inside! The interior of the two-storey villa is very tastefully and modernly furnished. Natural colors as well as wood and stone elements create a great connection to the surroundings and give you a homely feeling. The open living room with kitchen and dining area form the center of the villa, but also two comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms with shower are located on the first floor, as well as the well-equipped fitness room. On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms with the most comfortable double beds you can imagine and a shared bathroom. Imagine sipping your first coffee in the morning on the balcony to one of the breathtaking sunrises?
If you ever feel the urge to leave Villa Santa Cruz and explore the area, it's not far to the surrounding towns and the nearest beach. If you would like a bit of action, you can also hire KTM motorcycles, quads and e-bikes from the landlord for an extra charge. Labin is a medieval town situated just 40 km from Pula on a hill directly above Rabac. The town is the cultural center of eastern Istria, known for its many art galleries and a unique sculpture park.
