Villa Spirit of Istria is a beautifully restored, centuries-old stone house that has preserved many original and traditional details. This interestingly decorated villa is located near the town of Rovinj and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a beautiful and bright kitchen with dining area and a living room with direct access to the pool. If you go upstairs, you will reach the second floor where you can enjoy a beautiful double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This villa also offers you a studio apartment in the garden with a smaller room with two single beds and a separate toilet and shower. In the garden, you can enjoy your time relaxing in the outdoor hot tub or in the beautiful summer kitchen, which has everything you need, such as a fireplace, a large fridge freezer and a lovely outdoor dining room. On hot summer days, you can cool off in the pool or have a barbecue for the whole family.
