The beautiful Villa Tatijana is located on the island of Ugljan, in the immediate vicinity of the sea. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples. The outdoor area offers a well-kept garden adorned with Mediterranean plants, a private pool with sun loungers and a fantastic view of the sea which you are sure to enjoy! There is a covered terrace and a barbecue - perfect for preparing delicious specialties and spending summer evenings with your loved ones. The open-plan first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room. As soon as you enter the room, you will notice the stylish furnishings with simple colors and the fireplace, which gives the room a cozy atmosphere. There are also four comfortable bedrooms (one on the first floor and three on the second floor) and two bathrooms. Table tennis and darts are available. The fully air-conditioned villa has internet access, private parking for four cars and the property is completely fenced. Villa Tatijana is the perfect choice if you want to spend your relaxing vacation near the sea. The villa is located in Kukljica, a small village on the island of Ugljan. There are daily ferry connections from Zadar to the island of Ugljan and to the harbor in the village of Preko. Zadar is an old town rich in cultural heritage and historical attractions. The famous Alfred Hitchcock said that the most beautiful sunset is in Zadar - don't miss it! The old town offers monuments from antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Nowadays, Zadar is known for the Sea Organ and the light installation "Pozdrav suncu" (Greeting to the Sun).
Kukljica is home to pine forests, sandy and rocky beaches and the crystal blue Adriatic Sea.
Kukljica is the perfect starting point for day trips to the Tela??ica and Kornati National Parks. If you are more interested in an active vacation, you will find hiking and cycling trails here.
