If you are looking for a villa for a peaceful vacation, Villa Silene, an Istrian stone house with a heart, is the ideal choice for you. The charming villa offers four bedrooms for up to eight guests. There are three bedrooms on the second floor of the villa. All three rooms are bright and cozy, wooden beams and furniture give them a special flair. Each room is air-conditioned, has a double bed and access to the balcony. One bedroom has its own bathroom, the other two rooms share another bathroom, which is located on the same floor. One of the bedrooms also has a television. On the first floor of the villa you will find an air-conditioned bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, double bed and exit to the terrace. The first floor also offers a living room with TV and fireplace, which is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped spacious kitchen in an open-space concept. The whole area is air-conditioned. The stone walls inside, the large fireplace and the wooden beams spanning the ceilings give the villa a special charm.
Next to the house there is a covered terrace with a shady corner to relax, a dining table and a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals. In the garden of the villa there is a pool and sun loungers where you can relax with a book or a refreshing drink while enjoying the beautiful nature that surrounds the villa. The property is fully fenced and has private parking for 2 cars. Pore? is about 10 km away and offers many sights and events - from the old town with the Euphrasian Basilica (UNESCO World Heritage Site) to many restaurants, bars and cultural events. We also recommend that you visit the coastal town of Rovinj. Stroll through the romantic streets and visit the baroque church of St. Euphemia and the town castle. Be sure to explore what Vi?njan has to offer. If you are interested in stars and other celestial bodies, visit the famous observatory in the small village of Ti?an, 3 km from Vi?njan. The nearest beaches are located near Pore?, and you can choose between sandy, pebble or concrete beaches.
