The rustic Villa Casa Barattina is located in the small, tranquil village of Barat near Kanfanar - about 15 minutes from Rovinj. As soon as you enter this property, you will fall in love! This luxurious stone villa with its blue shutters and private outdoor pool will instantly put you in a well-deserved vacation mood. Relax and enjoy - the sun loungers by the pool, the fantastic lounge on the large terrace, the wonderful sea view to the west and many cozy corners around and in the house are at your disposal. Enjoy a delicious barbecue in the summer kitchen with family and friends while the children have fun in the pool or garden.
The tastefully furnished interior will make your heart beat faster. Carefully selected traditional furnishings, lovingly decorated, make the entire interior feel homely. Perhaps you will also sense a touch of history, as the materials used, such as wooden beams, come from the old houses that stood in this place hundreds of years ago.
The open-plan first floor of the fully air-conditioned Villa Casa Barattina consists of the cozy living room, the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. A comfortable double bedroom promises peaceful nights and is equipped with a modern ensuite bathroom. On the same level you will also find the laundry room and a separate guest toilet.
The villa has two further double bedrooms, each with a sofa bed and its own ensuite bathroom, on the second floor.
The fourth bedroom with a large double bed and ensuite bathroom is located in the outbuilding, just a few meters from the main building.
In another small separate building, which is shared by the guests of Villa Casa Baratto and Casa Barattina, there are many leisure facilities spread over two levels:
