Three of these bedrooms are located on the second floor. Stairs lead you to the homely meeting point of the villa on the first floor - the bright and charming living and dining area with kitchen. Stone, wood and soft colors are tastefully combined and contribute significantly to the homely ambience. Here you can relax on the sofas or prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, which you can then enjoy in the beautifully decorated dining area. The first floor is completed by a further bedroom with its own bathroom and a guest WC. Two glass doors lead from the living and dining area to the villa's terrace, where there is another covered dining area and a lounge corner. There is also a charcoal barbecue. You can refresh yourself in the private pool on warm days and then relax on the sun loungers. Children can enjoy the playground and numerous activities such as badminton and table tennis. But that's not all! Another highlight is located on the second floor of the small house in the garden. There you will find a games room with table soccer, chess, darts and billiards. On the first floor there is a bathroom and a summer kitchen with a charming dining area.
