Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Petersberg, zum Domplatz, der Erfurter Altstadt und zum Stadtzentrum sowie die sehr gute Erreichbarkeit über die Bundesstraße 4 zeichnen die sehr gute Wohnlage aus.Die Ferienwohnung bietet auf 50 m² Wohnfläche einen hellen und großzügig eingerichteten Wohn- und Essbereich mit einer modernen Einbauküche, ein Schlafzimmer, ein lichtdurchflutetes Badezimmer sowie eine Terrasse im grünen Innenhof und bietet somit Platz für 2 bis 3 Personen.Die Wohnung ist somit ideal für Touristen, Urlauber und Kurzzeitübernachtungsgäste geeignet.
