Villa Blueview Fragaria is located in the village of Heraki in central Istria, near the town of Sveti Lovre? With its rustic interior, the villa fits perfectly into this small Istrian town.
The villa consists of a first floor and another floor. A private pool is also available to all guests of the villa.
On the open-concept first floor you will find a spacious living room, which is connected to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as two bedrooms with a double bed. One of the bedrooms on the first floor has a separate entrance from the covered terrace and overlooks the pool and garden. Adjacent to this bedroom is a bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom on the first floor has its own bathroom and a view of the backyard. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the upper floor and each have a separate bathroom. The view from the terrace extends to the pool, garden and village. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for added comfort.

The interior of this villa with private pool is a perfect blend of rustic and modern elements. The rooms are light and bright, while wooden furniture and floors and decorative wooden beams give the villa a rustic feel.

Outside you will find the private pool with sun loungers as well as a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people and a private parking lot
Villa Blueview Fragaria is located in the small village of Heraki in central Istria, near Sveti Lovrec, one of the best-preserved medieval fortified towns in Istria, where you will find the nearest store, restaurant and café. The beautiful medieval towns of Motovun, Buzet and Groznjan are also in the immediate vicinity. The location of this villa offers guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding smaller towns and visit some local restaurants with famous Istrian specialties. In about 15 km distance from the villa you can reach the town of Porec, the surrounding beaches and the rich tourist offer. Agritourism is also a segment of the Istrian tourist offer that is worth exploring. For active vacationers, there are many good cycling trails through Istria, several aqua parks and adrenaline parks.
