Located in the Albi-Cordes-Carmaux triangle, near a little busy road, a pretty family home in an old farmhouse will amaze you with its charm and the tranquility of the place. Indeed, everything is there to invite you to relax.

Installed on the terrace, you will enjoy the panoramic view of the fields, lulled by the song of birds, especially swallows. The lucky ones may see a deer passing by. Just as quiet, the surrounding paths in this hilly countryside will invite you to stroll. Or, you will set off to attack the many surrounding bastides without forgetting the unmissable Episcopal City of Albi, the medieval city of Cordes sur Ciel... For relaxation, the nautical and recreational area of Garissou (Cordes) or Atlantis (Albi) will delight children and for thrill seekers the Cap'Découverte multi-activity park with synthetic ski slopes, Dévalkart, summer tobogganing...

** THE COTTAGE **

Located near the owners' house, but not overlooked, traditional local dwelling house in limestone and exposed beams.

Ground floor :
- Fitted kitchen with 4-burner gas hob, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter and plunger coffee maker.
- Living room with sofa bed, TV, board games and comic books
- From the kitchen, independent toilet under the stairs and following, bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine.

Upstairs :
- Bedroom with 3 single beds 90x190cm with desk
- Bedroom with double bed 160x200cm and its private bathroom (cabin shower and sink)
- Independent toilet at the top of the stairs

Private ground, sunbathing, barbecue. Attached to the gîte, a shelter will allow you to enjoy your meals in the shade while enjoying the view of the Tarn countryside.

Baby equipment available on request. Electric heating. You will surely come across the owners' 2 dogs (Tibetan spaniel).
