The flat is located on the ground floor with exit to the garden (south/east). Our courtyard leads to the apartment at ground level. Parking is available for you directly in front of the door. From the entrance you enter the living room and bedroom (50 sqm) with kitchen and sauna. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and 4 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and many other useful appliances that you need for your "perfect dinner". The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. In addition, there is a small bunk with a single bed (100 cm x 200 cm) in the living room and bedroom. The hallway is directly adjacent to the living area, where you have the opportunity to park your e-bikes. From the hallway you enter the spacious wellness bathroom. A floor-to-ceiling shower awaits you after an eventful day. Treat yourself to a sauna day and enjoy nature in our garden. The many shades and sunny spots with a view of the fruit trees and fragrant flower beds invite you to linger.
