The imposing Villa Ginocchetti, built in 2018, is hidden in the Istrian town of Valenti?i, part of the municipality of Ka?telir. The villa is surrounded by beautiful olive greenery, which makes your vacation especially relaxing. You can also relax on the rocky beach, which is only 7 kilometers away from the villa. Inside the villa there is one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms upstairs, one of which overlooks the rows of olive trees and the other two overlook the morning sun and the crystal clear sea. The air-conditioned bedrooms have a double bed (180 x 200 cm). If you bring your little ones to the villa, a baby crib (60 x 120 cm) is available upon request. On the first floor there is a living room with TV and kitchen, which can accommodate 8 people in the dining room. The villa has four private bathrooms with shower. The villa also has a separate toilet. The combination of modern decoration and rustic exterior style will provide you comfort and luxury during your stay. In the courtyard of the villa there is a swimming pool (50 m2), where you can relax and enjoy the view of the beautiful olive trees, which provide a real rustic atmosphere. Also, around the pool there are 6 sun loungers and a seating area where you can enjoy nature with your loved ones. On the property next to the villa there are two parking spaces and outside the property more than three. The villa is fully fenced, so you can enjoy the privacy of the Istrian paradise. Valenti?i is located near the town of Porec, which has historical monuments that will take you to the past of Croatian cultural heritage. Moreover, in Porec there are beautiful beaches with crystal clear sea, where you can enjoy the view of the meditating open sea. There are no less than three golf courses within a radius of 20 km. The nearest tennis court is 8 km away and restaurants and pubs can be reached after 500 m. From the next season 2023 the villa will have a charging station (wallbox) for e-cars (included in the rental price).
