Luxury villa Itea is located on the northwest coast of Istria in the fabulous town of Vabriga and invites you to enjoy your dream vacation. Besides the rich gastronomic offer and beautiful beaches near you, Istria offers you the opportunity to explore the many wine routes for which this Croatian region is famous. Villa Itea was built in a modern style with contrasting surfaces and minimalist design, occupies an area of 180 m2 and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. There are a total of 4 bedrooms with private, fully equipped bathroom in the villa. One bedroom is located on the first floor and the other three are located on the upper floor of the villa. A washing machine and an iron are also available for your use. Each room has its own terrace with a view of the greenery and unspoiled nature. On the first floor of the villa there is a spacious dining room with kitchen and living room. The living room is equipped with a corner sofa, a coffee table, a fireplace, a Playstation and board games. On the terrace of the villa is a beautiful pool of 26 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m, which is equipped with hydromassage on one side of the pool. Around the pool there are 8 sunbeds. At your disposal are also an outdoor dining table and an outdoor barbecue. Villa Itea also has numerous entertainment facilities such as bicycles or electric scooters. There are 3 parking spaces available in the fully fenced yard of the villa. The villa's surroundings invite you to take romantic walks in untouched nature. At the nearest beach, less than 2 km from the villa, you can enjoy water sports in the beautiful Adriatic Sea. Nearby is a mysterious cave called Baredine, where you will discover a real treasure trove of underground sculptures arranged in five halls. The Baredine cave also hides a 13th century legend, a love story about a nobleman Gabriel who falls in love with a shepherdess Milka. Gabriel's mother opposed their love and paid robbers to throw the girl into a pit. Then Gabriel disappeared with his horse, and shortly after they found only a horse near the exit of another pit nearby, but there was no trace of Gabriel. According to the legend, the petrified body of a shepherdess slides deeper and deeper every day to the bottom of the pit to meet her beloved on the other side. Istria is fascinating not only because of its many interesting places, but also because of its numerous medieval small towns and fortresses that testify to the rich history of this region. For example, the town of Motovun in the center of Istria is a source of medieval fortresses. Every summer Motovun also becomes the scene of a famous film festival. On the Istrian coast there are various urban centers such as Umag, Pore?, Rovinj or Pula, whose history dates back to pre-ancient times. In the south of the Istrian peninsula, for example, in the town of Pula you can visit the Roman amphitheater, also known as one of the largest preserved ancient monuments. A little further north, in the town of Pore?, you can visit a unique complex of early Christian sacral architecture from the 6th century, which is one of the most beautifully preserved monuments of Byzantine art in the area. Due to its very favorable geographical position, Istria is also a region with a rich oeno-gastronomic offer. Today, the best wines and olive oils are produced in Istria. Do not miss to try other interesting recipes such as Istrian bo?karin meat, strong truffles or traditionally made pasta.
