The beautiful Villa Rustica was built in the picturesque town of Vi?njan in the western part of Istria. The villa itself is 200 m² in size and optimally accommodates 10 guests, who have the entire house with a garden of 1000 m² at their disposal. On the upper floor there are 3 lovingly furnished rooms with double beds and two modern bathrooms and a toilet. On the first floor there is another bathroom and toilet and two bedrooms, each with a double bed, from which you can access the garden. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. The rest of the first floor is designed in an open plan principle ? the elaborately decorated living room with fireplace connects to a beautiful dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, from which you can access the covered veranda and the beautiful garden with pool. On the veranda you can enjoy delicious Istrian specialties prepared on the charcoal grill, and a 30 m² swimming pool provides real refreshment on hot days. You can also sunbathe on one of the 10 sun loungers by the pool or play table tennis. The villa is fully fenced up to a height of 3 meters with a fence, a hedge and trees. There are 5 parking spaces at your disposal, 3 of which are covered. Villa Rustica is located only 8 km from the sea and 10 km from the first beach. Vi?njan is one of the most beautiful Istrian towns with special charm and famous for its observatory, which you can visit. Tourist centers ? Pore? and Novigrad ? are about 20 km away, and there are numerous first-class wineries and restaurants for the most demanding gourmets, who can enjoy specialties with truffles and other Istrian delicacies. Treat yourself to a vacation in Villa Rustica and enjoy a beautiful stone house, fabulous nature and numerous beaches with a rich tourist offer.
