Villa Santa Lucia is located on the island of Babac, which lies between the town of Biograd na Moru and the island of Pa?man. The island of Babac is the only inhabited island in the archipelago of 16 islands off the island of Pa?man. The island is full of hidden bays and sandy beaches and is ideal for a quiet and peaceful vacation. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the charm of this beautiful island, then Villa Santa Lucia is the right choice for you! It was built in 2022 in a contemporary architectural style, has a view of the clear Adriatic Sea from all rooms and offers its guests 207 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 780 m2. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. On the first floor, you can make yourself comfortable in the living room, which has a sofa, armchair and TV, and the children will love the PlayStation games console. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. You will feel at home in 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are furnished with a double bed and the remaining two with two single beds each. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find a 220 m² walk-out roof terrace with an outdoor Weber gas barbecue, a dining table with seating for 8 as well as sun loungers and exercise equipment. On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 45 m2, 1.4 m deep, with massage as an additional feature. You can also sunbathe on the 8 sun loungers provided. Other amenities at Villa Santa Lucia include a washing machine, an iron and a separate WC. If children are coming with you on vacation, you can use a feeding trough and a baby crib. If you arrive with your own boat, you have the option of using the boat mooring. We offer you the rental of an 8-meter boat MF 795 and a skipper for transport to the shore for visits to the islands of Pa?man, Komornik and Galesnjak (a heart-shaped island). The price includes

Among the sights on the island of Babac, you can visit the church of St. Andrije from the 13th to 15th century and the historical remains of the Fortice fortress from the 15th century and the lighthouse built in 1874. In addition to the facility, the offer also includes the use of a quad (permit, helmet and user contract required), a small boat, a SUP and we have added a large boat (new Merry Fisher 795, 2022 year). He is available for daily requests, services, transfers, help with grocery shopping, recommendations and accompaniment to restaurants, etc. Surcharge for the skipper ?50 for long tours, such as Kornati, Skradin, Dugi Otok, etc., as it is for the whole day. Fuel for a large boat is also an additional fee, but that is understandable. On the island, a road has been cut through the middle of the island, so you can reach the other side in 10 minutes on foot (view of Pa?man). You can walk or explore 4.7 km around the entire island.
The nearest beach on the mainland is 450 meters away as the crow flies and is located in Turanj.
The house is 80 meters from the sea and about 100 meters walk to the nearest beach on the island where this villa is located.
