Beautiful Villa Calma Bri?evo is located near the city of Zadar, in the town of Bri?evo. This beautiful house is ideal for a perfect annual vacation for those who are looking for peace and quiet and want to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Villa Calma Bri?evo was built in 2022 in a contemporary architectural style, you have 250 m2 of living space at your disposal, the total area of the plot is 2600 m2. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people in 4 bedrooms with double beds (160x200). The villa also has 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and the other two have a shower cabin. The living room has a corner sofa, a coffee table and a TV. There is also a dining room with a dining table for 8 people and a modern kitchen that contains everything you need to enjoy delicious meals with your family and friends. Next to the living room there is a balcony with a sofa where you can drink coffee and read books. On the outdoor terrace you can comfortably refresh yourself in the 32 m² and 1.5 m deep pool, next to which there are 6 sun loungers. In the basement there is a tavern with dining table and wood or charcoal grill, there is also another covered outdoor dining table, summer kitchen and electric grill. Other facilities include a washing machine, iron and baby crib. The courtyard of Villa Calma Bri?evo is fenced and offers entertainment for children, a swing and a slide. Adults can play table tennis. There are 5 private parking spaces in the yard and 3 more parking spaces outside.
