Villa Zrinchi is located in a small village Murvica, near the city of Zadar. This extremely beautiful villa will delight you at first sight and give you a dream vacation. Murvica is a great place for guests who want to spend a quiet vacation and is rich in agriculture and olive groves. Moreover, the location is great as you are at the same time so close to the city and yet far enough away to spend your dream vacation in complete privacy and silence! Villa Zrinchi was built in 2022 in a modern style. You will be amazed by its beautifully decorated interior and luxurious exterior. Guests have 290 m2 of living space at their disposal, and the total area of the property is 800 m2. It is 8 km away from the nearest sea and beach and there are also restaurants and cafes nearby. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, optimal is 6 people. The villa consists of first floor and upper floor and has underfloor heating/cooling. On the first floor there is a living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV. Near the living room there is a modern kitchen where you can prepare meals for all members of the household and taste them in the dining room at a table with 8 seats. Villa Zrinchi has 4 bedrooms, one of which is located on the first floor and has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are also two separate toilets and a laundry room with washing machine and iron. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom with a shower and two bathtubs. On the upper floor you can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony on two deck chairs. If children come on vacation together with you, you can also use a feeding trough and a crib. A pleasant refreshment can be found on the outdoor terrace in the heated 46 m² pool, next to which there are 5 sun loungers, inviting you to relax and sunbathe. On the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood you can try delicious fish or meat dishes. There is also a covered outdoor dining table and next to the grill there is a bar with 3 bar seats. The courtyard of Villa Zrinchi is fully fenced and has a hammock, a slide, a ball and a swing for children. There is also badminton and a PlayStation, and adults can play table tennis, darts or table soccer. In the yard there are 3 private parking spaces and outside there is another parking space. The villa also has a garage. The town of Zadar, from which Villa Zrinchi is only 5 km away, is an open-air museum. Some of the most beautiful architectural and cultural monuments are exhibited here, and its city walls are the ancient guardians of this picturesque town, rightly included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Take a walk along the most famous street of Zadar, Kalelarga, visit the church of St. Donat or St. Sto?ije and take a photo of the greeting to the sun and the sea organ, installations that delight many tourists every year .
