You can relax in three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed, while one has two double beds, making the villa ideal for 8 guests. There are also 3 bathrooms with showers and 3 separate toilets at your disposal. The villa also has a nice kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable living room. For all those looking for recreation, a fully equipped exercise room is also available.
In the fully fenced, 2,600 m2 large yard of the villa, there is a heated swimming pool (36 m2) with massage jets surrounded by sunbeds where you can seek refreshment at any time of the day, enjoying the complete privacy of the property. For relaxation, there is also a separate whirlpool for 4 people at your disposal. In the outdoor area, there is also a furnished area with a fireplace and a children's playground with a slide, swing and trampoline. 4 private parking spaces are available.
A fun facility at your disposal is a room with darts, table football and billiards.
