Beautiful White Palm Villa has a living space of 274 m2, is fully air-conditioned and features 5 airy bedrooms furnished with double beds. One bedroom is located on the lower floor whereas the remaining 4 are on the upper floor. Guests of the villa also have 5 bathrooms with a shower enclosure at their disposal, one of which is located on the ground floor. The ground floor of the villa is also made up of an elegant, sun-soaked kitchen area equipped with everything that guests may need during their stay, a lovely dining area and a comfortable living room, ideal for afternoon relaxation with family and friends.

The 444 m2 large, outer space features a beautiful overflow pool (36 m2) with 4 loungers for sunbathing or enjoying the shade of the olive, palm and cypress trees.
