The villa was built in 2023 in a contemporary architectural style and has 121m2 of living space. The total area of the property is 900 m2, the villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Guests will be accommodated in 2 bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200) and corresponding bathrooms. In the cozy living room relax on the corner sofa, where there is a TV and a coffee table. Near the living room there is a modern equipped kitchen, which contains everything you need to prepare your favorite meals for the whole family during your stay. There is also a dining room with a dining table for 4 people. From the living room you can directly access the outdoor terrace, which will delight you! You will find a pleasant refreshment in the 32 m² swimming pool. Next to it you can sunbathe on 4 deck chairs, where you can read your favorite book or just relax and enjoy the warm summer sun. Especially the youngest will have fun on the trampoline. On the outdoor terrace there is also a covered outdoor dining table and you will have to prepare your meals not only in the kitchen, but also on the grill. There are 2 private parking spaces outside the yard. The Istrian peninsula offers many contents and attractions that should not be missed, and one of them is the town of Labin. The Adriatic coast is known for its beautiful landscapes, sunny Mediterranean climate and blue and clean Adriatic Sea.
