Built in 2022 in a rustic architectural style, the fully air-conditioned Villa San Biagio Star offers its guests 85 m2 of living space that will delight you. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 4 people comfortably in 2 bedrooms with double beds. The rooms lead directly to the terrace, where you can have your morning coffee on the sofa and enjoy the peace and quiet. The villa also has a regular bathroom with shower cabin. In the beautifully furnished kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, and right next to the kitchen is the dining room with a dining table for 4 people. You will surely spend most of your time on the outdoor terrace, which has a pool of 22 m2 and a depth of 1.4 meters. Next to the pool there are sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing, there is also a covered outdoor table for dining and sitting. The summer kitchen, located right next to the dining table, will be of great use to you. On the terrace, right next to the barbecue, there is also an outdoor shower. You can also prepare meals on the outdoor charcoal or wood grill and have complete privacy as you are surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. Additional facilities include a separate toilet, a washing machine and an iron. The yard of the villa is fenced and you will have 1 parking space outside. Along with Pula, Umag and Rovinj, the town of Pore? is one of the most interesting tourist destinations, visited every year by numerous domestic and foreign tourists. You can also visit various restaurants and cafes where you can experience the charm of Istria while enjoying traditional dishes and a delicious drop of wine. The most significant and at the same time the most valuable cultural and historical site in Pore? is the complex of Euphrasius Basilica.
