Villa Novel is located in the village of Barat, which is only 3 km away from the town of Vi?njan. It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 9, optimally 8 people. Guests have at their disposal the first floor and the upper floor. On the first floor you are comfortably accommodated in two bedrooms with double beds, there are also two bathrooms with bathtub. The rustic and equipped kitchen will delight you with its appearance and you will be happy to prepare meals for the whole family there. Next to the kitchen there are the dining room and the living room, which are equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and a romantic fireplace. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower cabin. From the same floor Villa Novel has a view of the Adriatic Sea. On the outdoor terrace there is a swimming pool with a size of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.8 meters. Next to it you can sunbathe on 9 sun loungers, read your favorite book or just enjoy the sun. On the terrace there is also a covered outdoor dining table, an outdoor charcoal or wood grill and outdoor seating. Other facilities that will be useful during your stay include a washing machine and a dryer. In addition, the villa has a separate toilet. Should you have children with you on your vacation, a feeding trough and a crib are available. The villa's courtyard is fenced, so children can play carefree in the beautifully landscaped garden. There are 3 private parking spaces at your disposal, two more are located outside. Vi?njan is one of the most beautiful Istrian towns with special charm and famous for its observatory, which you can visit. Tourist centers ? Pore? and Novigrad ? are about 20 km away, and nearby there are numerous excellent wineries and restaurants for the most demanding gourmets, who can enjoy specialties with truffles and other Istrian delicacies. Vi?njan will delight you with its romantic evenings in the rich summer offer of music concerts, film screenings, festivals and fairs.
