The beautiful Villa Vizzani is located on the east coast of Istria, not far from the town of Labin. This newly renovated authentic Istrian house is a perfect example of a combination of modern and traditional architecture with an interior design that exudes the warmth of a rustic and the comfort of urban living. This charming house offers the ideal accommodation for six people, with the possibility to accommodate seven people if needed. It consists of two beautiful bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds that can be put together if necessary. There are three modern bathrooms and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a beautiful living room. What makes this beauty an ideal place to relax outside the summer season is a beautiful glazed fireplace, which gives a special atmosphere of home and warmth. The entire area is air-conditioned, equipped with Wi-Fi, cable TV and all the necessary household appliances you need for a complete vacation. Enjoy the beautiful covered porch with lovely lounge furniture and a large dining set, allowing you to stay outside all day and on warm evenings. In the fully fenced garden there is a carefully manicured lawn and an outdoor pool surrounded by sun loungers, where you can really relax your body and soul while enjoying the view of the surrounding nature that surrounds the villa. Pool heating is available on request in April, May and October for an extra charge of 200 ? For other periods, pool heating is available at an additional cost, the temperature of the pool water depends on the weather. If you own a pet, you do not need to worry, because they are also our dear guests and welcome to Villa Vizzani! The pride of Istria is the crystal clear sea.
