Villa Theo is located in the picturesque town of Vi?njan in the western part of Istria and is a great choice for a family vacation. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen of the highest quality, a dining room with seating for 8 and a cozy living room with fireplace. In the air-conditioned living room you can enjoy a home theater or PlayStation 4. On the first floor you can still relax in the infrared sauna with private shower. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with comfortable king size beds and two rooms have a sofa bed as an extra bed. Each room is air-conditioned and has a TV with internet and a Netflix subscription. Upstairs there are 3 elegant bathrooms ? 2 bathrooms with a shower and a sink and one with two sinks and a bathtub. On the same floor there is a utility room with washer and dryer. On a fully fenced plot of 650 m2 there is a beautiful garden where you can relax with your family and friends. Refresh yourself in a 30 m² pool with a waterfall or watch your favorite series in the hot tub, above which there is a TV with internet connection. Around the pool there are 4 sun loungers and 1 round terrace lounger for relaxing days ? the other one is located on the terrace of one of the bedrooms. Below the covered terrace there is an outdoor table for 8 people, which is an ideal place to enjoy delicious meals prepared on the gas and charcoal grill. Children will have their fun with various props for the pool, toys and on the slide. The villa has 2 covered parking spaces. The charming town of Vi?njan is one of the many picturesque towns in Istria and is best known for its astronomical observatory. This small town is located 15 km from Pore? and 20 km from Novigrad. Nearby are the theme parks Aquacolours and Aquapark Istralandia. Baredine cave is located only 7 km from Visnjan and is a geomorphological natural monument. The nature of this area offers numerous opportunities for excursions, hiking and cycling, and you will be delighted by the famous wine and olive oil routes, as well as the gastronomic offer with truffles. Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or bachelor parties. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people under 30 years of age.
