The beautiful villa S Tania is located in the tourist resort of Podaca, which is located on the southern part of the Makarska coast and is 37 km from the city of Makarska. In this villa, you will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy like a king in complete luxury in the company of family and friends.

Located only 70 metres from the clear and clean Adriatic Sea, villa S Tania was built in 2019 in a contemporary construction style. During their stay, it offers its guests 300 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 500 m2. Also, 70 metres from the villa is the pebble beach Ravanje, where you can dive and explore the depths of the sea.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, and it provides accommodation for a maximum of 8 people who will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor and 3 are located on the upper floor. All four rooms have a double bed (200x200), and there are 4 bathrooms in the villa: two are ensuite bathrooms with a bathtub, and the remaining two are also ensuite but with a shower cabin. Another ordinary bathroom with a shower cabin is located in the wellness area where there is also a sauna.

On the ground floor, there is a beautifully decorated and spacious living room with two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, and a TV. Next to the living room, there is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people, and a modern kitchen with a bar and two bar stools. The living room leads directly to the outdoor terrace, where you will be greeted by the opportunity to refresh yourself comfortably in the heated pool of 42 m2 and 1.5 metres deep. One part of the pool is inside the villa, while the other half is outside the villa. Next to the pool, there are 7 deckchairs for sunbathing and resting, and on the terrace, there is also an outdoor seating area where you can drink your morning coffee looking directly at the blue sea. Likewise, the villa has a sea view from all rooms, except for one room on the ground floor.

On the terrace, there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill where you can prepare delicious Dalmatian dishes that will delight the whole family. You can try the prepared dishes at the outdoor dining table with 8 seats.

This villa meets the highest standards for off-season stays because the pool has two heat heaters, and the indoor spa area has underfloor heating that you can enjoy whenever you want.

Additional facilities available to you during your stay include a washing machine, an iron, and 1 separate toilet.

The special feature of this villa is its modern and sophisticated way of decorating, and its garden has a classic Mediterranean story thanks to beautiful gardens and olive groves.

Villa S Tania is completely fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces. For guests who arrive on holiday by their own boat, there is the possibility of organizing a buoy.

With the prior agreement and upon request, it is possible to organise a complete concierge service, and each guest will receive a welcome gift from the host.
