Luxus Neubau mit gehobene Ausstattung, am Lübbesee in Templin / Uckermark wöchentlich von Januar - Dezember zu vermieten. Buchungen erfolgen von Samstag zu Samstag. Das Ferienhaus hat ein tolles Raumklima, im Sommer kühl & im Winter mollig warm. In der oberen Etage befinden sich 2 seperate Schlafzimmer mit TV und Holzdielenfussboden. Im offenen Wohnbereich unten nutzen sie eine gemütliche Echt - Leder - Couch im Wohnzimmer mit bodentiefen Fenstern. Sat-TV & W-lan. Die Küche mit Geschirrspüler Mikrowelle Cerankochfeld Backofen & viel Arbeitsfläche .Am Esstisch finden 6 Personen Platz. Der Kamin gibt ein wohliges Gefühl. Das Bad ist mit Dusche WC Fön ausgestattet. Eine überdachte Aussen-terrasse und eine großer Sonnenterrasse am Wohnzimmer geben einem gleich ein richtiges Urlaubsgefühl. Eine Feuerschale mit Holzkohle-Grill nutzen sie sowie 2 Sonnenliegen. Das Grundstück liegt 200m am glasklaren Lübbesee, wo sie einen Boots/ Badesteg nutzen können. Lübbesee ist einer der saubersten Seen im Land, ca. 15km lang mit angenehm sandiger Grund, das Ufer fällt seicht ab , man kann gut reinlaufen. Um den See führt ein Rad & Wanderweg den sie lieben werden.

Der Ortsteil Ahrensdorf ist einer der gefragtesten Wohngegenden in Templin. Egal ob Schwimmen Segeln Angeln (DAV) Schnorcheln Tauchen Surfen Rudern SuP Pilzesuchen (Steinpilze Pfifferlinge Maronen...)Fahrradfahren Wandern oder Schlittschuhlaufen die Möglichkeiten vor Ort sind vielfältig.

In 1h ist man in Berlin, Stettin oder an der Müritz. Zur Ostsee sind es 1,5h.

In Templin genießen sie die schöne Altstadt mit Stadtmauer / Stadttoren keinen Geschäften , Restaurants, Cafés, Naturtherme , Western Stadt ,,Eldorado“, ein gut ausgebautes Radwegenetz. Das Schiffshebewerk Niederfinow, Luftfahrtmuseum Finowfurt ( Rundflüge möglich), den Werbelinsee, Karinhall, Wildpark Schorfteide, Kloster Chorin sowie Wassermühle & Schloss Boitzenburg (Renaissance) sind in 15-30 min zu erreichenden Ziele in der nähren Umgebung.

Das ruhige Grundstück 450qm groß, befindet sich im Naturschutzgebiet Biosphärenreservat Schorfheide.

Die Belegung ist für 4-5 Personen. Bettwäsche / Handtücher sind incl.

Der Bäcker kommt Mo Mi Fr , im Ort befindet sich eine gute Gaststätte, ein Getränkemarkt mit Imbiss, ein Kinderspielplatz sowie ein Minimarkt mit Eisverkauf & Brötchenservice.

Die Anreise kann Samstag ab 16:00 bis 22:00 Uhr erfolgen.

Die Abreise kann Samstag 6:00 bis 10:00 Uhr erfolgen.

Ein wirklich gemütliches mit Liebe eingerichtetes Häuschen mitten im Wald.

Wir freuen uns sie als unsere Gäste zu begrüßen.

Eine Flasche Wein/Sekt/Wasser/Bier erwarten sie im Kühlschrank. Eine Sauna ist in Planung!

Nichtraucherhaus, auf der Terrasse kein Problem.

Momentan (Juni) nisten Waldohreulen auf dem Nachbargrundstück.

Die Pilzsaison startet mit Pfifferlingen & Steinpilzen (Mai - Okt)
