This modern beauty was built in 2023 in a contemporary architectural style and is ready to open its doors to a maximum of 6 guests, who will have 157 m2 of living space at their disposal. At the same time, they will be comfortably accommodated upstairs in 3 bedrooms with double beds (200x180). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with wine fridge, where you can prepare delicious meals for friends and family and taste them in the dining room with a dining table with 6 seats. In the living room there is a corner sofa, ideal for relaxing in the afternoon and watching TV. From the living room you can directly access the outdoor terrace, where you will be greeted by a covered outdoor dining table with seating. For a pleasant refreshment, there is a 40.5-meter swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 meters. On the sunbathing lawn next to the pool you will find 6 deckchairs, where you can completely rest your body and mind. There is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill on the terrace. As additional content, the villa offers 1 separate toilet, washing machine and iron. Villa Megi Istra is fully fenced and offers 3 parking spaces outside the yard. Attractions and local activities within easy reach include wine tours or olive oil tours, water sports, cycling, diving, golf or visiting towns and historical monuments. Istria is full of hidden treasures and Labin is certainly one of them. You will have the opportunity to taste the gastronomic offer that will blow you away with good prosciutto, cheese and truffles. Also, don't miss to try a drop of olive oil and award-winning Istrian wines like Teran or Merlot. Labin has a beautiful city center surrounded by fortifications with numerous preserved palaces and cultural monuments, combining past and present in an unusual way. You can have lunch or dinner in restaurants or pizzerias, where you can eat great cakes and drink coffee in the shade of the beautiful terrace in the central square of the old town of Labin.
