This small and comfortable villa can accommodate 5 people. It is located near the town of Zminj in Sandari. This small Istrian town has few inhabitants and therefore you can enjoy the untouched nature and tranquility in the famous Istrian way. Villa Natural is only 15 minutes by car from Rovinj. There is also Lim Bay, which is 30 minutes away, and Brijuni National Park, which is 40 minutes away. The villa was completely renovated and furnished in 2014. The villa is equipped with attractive and rustic furniture and offers plenty of space for outdoor activities. Villa Natural consists of first floor, where is the living area with a kitchen and a small toilet. On the second floor there is a bedroom with double bed, which is fully equipped. The second floor is designed to give guests a sense of how people once lived in Istria. On the second floor there is a bathroom, which is also fully furnished and equipped. In the second part of the Villa Natural there is another bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. In the second part of the villa guests can also use a sauna. The villa is located on a plot of 1000 m2 and is decorated with a stone wall, which has more than 100 years of history. Near the villa is the 28 m² outdoor pool with all the garden furniture that goes with it. The main purpose of the villa is to offer you maximum comfort and relaxation. Therefore, we can offer our guests massage treatments. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the discretion of the owner or for a fee.
