Villa L&T 1 Nin is located in the small village of Grbe, only 3 km from the royal town of Nin. The town of Nin is 15 km away from the city of Zadar. In the center of Nin there is a small island with a diameter of 500 m, connected to the mainland by two bridges. The village of Grbe and the town of Nin are the perfect destination, regardless of the age of the guests, because here everyone will find something interesting to see, such as beautiful sandy beaches, as well as cafes and restaurants with delicious gastronomic offers. Modernly built and beautifully furnished villa L&T 1 Nin with its 132 m2 of living space for full enjoyment offers accommodation for a maximum of 5 people, with the first floor at your disposal, while the upper floor is closed. On the first floor there is a living room with a corner sofa, a coffee table and a TV. It is connected with a snow-white modern kitchen and a dining room with a table. Villa L&T 1 Nin has 2 bedrooms on the first floor, one bedroom has a double bed, a small balcony and a separate bathroom, and the second room has 3 single beds and a private bathroom with shower. If you are traveling with children, the villa also has a crib available, so even your youngest can have a pleasant vacation. Luxurious refreshment is provided by the heated pool of 28 m2, next to which you can relax on 8 wooden deck chairs and enjoy the sunny and hot summer days. With the outdoor charcoal grill, you will surely organize evening parties and enjoy delicious cocktails at the outdoor table. The villa is fully fenced, has a garden and is surrounded by olive trees that represent Dalmatian history and culture. A great thing that the villa offers you is outdoor table tennis. Villa L&T 1 Nin has 3 private parking spaces in the yard and outside 1-2 cars can be parked next to the house. Attractions and local activities at your disposal include wine tours, aqua park, bike rental, cycling, swimming on the beaches, sailing on the Adriatic Sea and horseback riding. Visit the aforementioned town of Nin, swim and dive into the depths of the clear sea, drive to the beautiful town of Zadar and take a photo at the world famous Salute to the Sun or listen to the melodies of the Zadar Sea Organ. Considering the pandemic situation related to COVID 19, we offer you a safe stay, as the owner of Villa L&T Nin has a digital COVID 19 certificate from the EU and thus has taken additional measures to protect his guests!
